Would be 10/10 except for...

Liked: Safe undercover bike storage in a locked cellar easily accessible and near the elevator at the night entrance. Good air conditioning with individual control.Block-out shutters and safety barriers on traditional windows. Our third floor room had a lovely view over the Lahn River and bridge.Safe, kettle and refrigerator in room; with a small table and two comfortable chairs.Good modern bench space, wardrobe space and luggage storage, and carpeting. Large modern bathroom.Good quality smart TV.Easy walk to the schloss next door, and local restaurants.Friendly helpful staff (until departure).
Disliked: We had no complaints until departure, when an unattended reception desk delayed us by 10-15 minutes. Turns out the receptionist was off getting food in the kitchen. Surely a better time for this to be done is after the official check-out time of 11am.

Liked: The Schloss had an excellent breakfast and restaurant. It had a very Middle Ages ambiance and next to the old town square. The staff spoke excellent English. It was a small quaint village, but the newer part had Aldi grocery store and fast food if that is what you wantThe room had a spiral staircase up to the sleeping area

Liked: My sisters and I were on vacation with our aunt 88 years old. We had a great time at this nice hotel that was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Very good location, in the city center where there are lots of good places to eat. And everything in walking distance
