Great hotel in Vienna

Liked: The location is excellent. The hotel has two entrances: one at a pedestrian only street, and the other that can be reached by car. It is at the center of the city, close to all major attractions - Hofburg, Opera, Albertina, St. Stephan cathedral, besides restaurants and shops.The room is large and comfortable, and offers a Nespresso machine. Very good brakfast. Staff always attentive.
Disliked: It was very hot in Vienna The hotel air conditioning wasn't working in the first 3 days, but it was fixed later. In my room the shower was in the bathtub, at a higher level, and I felt insecure going down from the bath. I'm 69.

Great quiet location

Liked: Great location, well appointed and very comfortable bed. Really appreciated the good air conditioning during the hot days.
Disliked: Block out curtains would be useful in the mid summer months
