Lovely hotel needs some polishing...

Liked: Lovely property, great walks and facilities.
Disliked: Food wasn’t great. And they are very inflexible. My daughter wanted to swim, she’s 3 that would take about 20mins but to do say I would have to pay full spa use price for £40. For somewhere so family friendly a swim only rate would be good, clearly with a 3 year old I wasn’t using the spa facilities.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent But only one person cooking eggs they were swamped
Disliked: RestaurantsFood was fussy in Charlie’s restaurant Outside bbq food was poorOrdered fries with dinner they never arrivedBar food inside same happened ordered fries never cameStaff always very attentive and trying to please But the food was very poor for the cost of the hotel and the expectation that bringsOne great member of staff Philip who took us round was a star a real gentleman
