Could have been better

Liked: Location and hotel grounds were beautiful with an amazing view, food was very good, room in the castle was charming.
Disliked: Service was not to the level that would be expected of a hotel like this, and some staff were unhelpful / rude. The outdoor spa is not very well maintained e.g. the infinity pool needs cleaning.

Lovely stay, we will come...

Liked: Beautiful place amongst lush vineyards, family run business with attention for detail, very comfortable bed
Disliked: Service in the restaurant can be a little distracted

Liked: It is amazing, we didn't stay in the castle, but in the second building, which is super nice as well!
Disliked: Can't think at something, maybe just that sometimes in the night our neighbours were smoking so we had to close the doors to our balcony
