Liked: Staff, both at reception and in the bar/restaurant, were excellent, very welcoming and chatty despite being short staffed due to illness and being extremely busy. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet despite being above a busy bar.
Disliked: No issues.

Liked: Friendly staff. Large room, very clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: A few repairs needed in bathroom. Shower bracket not good. Plug in sink not working. Towels frayed at edges.

Lovely stay... def be back.

Liked: The room was lovely, bright, airy with a huge bathroom. Staff were very accommodating when we were late back for dinner. The girl at breakfast was lovely in advising us about best route for birks walk.
Disliked: Staff chewing gum on arrival. VERY springy bed. When my wife turned over, I was woken by the bounce! Given that, it was comfy.
