Unecessarily awkward

Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Booked and explicitly explained via messaging service that we wanted Twin Beds ... Got a double bed and a shoulder shrug from the reception - not an acceptable response. Once the staff realised that we were not joking, they rapidly found a 'solution' which was a double bed that could be unclipped and separated 10cm to become twin beds. Not good enough.

Stylish 3-star hotel in Zurich’s...

Liked: Location- Right in Zurich's Old Town, a short walk from the main train station, Bahnhofstrasse, and key landmarks. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Mini fridge in room. Fan in room. Elevator. Rain shower. Nespresso machine. Def would stay again
Disliked: Noisy at night, especially with windows open due to nearby restaurants and bars. A/C was very limited and not always effective.

Very good

Liked: The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and very fast. Every guest request was handled efficiently and with genuine courtesy, which really stood out during our stay.
Disliked: I visited during the summer in hot weather, and I just wanted to mention that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Sleeping at night was quite difficult because it's located close to a clock tower, so leaving the windows open wasn't really an option due to the noise. Something to be aware of if you're visiting in warmer months.
