Liked: The breakfast I had one day and it was good. The scrambled eggs.
Disliked: ****** #DONOTSTAY AT HOTEL SCHEUBLE**** The hotel provided rooms with no air conditioning. I traveled with friends from America and we had 4 rooms. 3 of the rooms were on higher floors than 1st floor and felt like saunas. When I complained to attendant the response was “AC is illegal”. I asked for my money to be returned and it was denied. Later that day once I returned to room I uncovered the twin bed had dark red stains on the sheets and pillows that were dry. I immediately felt irritated so I went downstairs and the overnight attendant came up and provided new sheets and changed the linen. This was about 5am when this happened and I woke up later and spoke to the assistant manager around 8 or 9am whom denied changing rooms and denied providing me a refund for at least 1 of the 2 nights. The manager and other associate stated “We are a family hotel and we can’t do refunds”. They did move my friend to 1st level floor whom sweated the whole night in his hotel room (How is this even allowed!). This hotel is horrible and I would not recommend you stay there. They should have no a/c written on their website and third party affiliates to allow travelers to make smart decisions and book elsewhere as One of my friends suffers from high blood pressure. This hotel is horrible, do not stay there. The only good experience was the lady whom made the scrambled eggs and I want to say thank you to her as she was nice. Travel dates were 7/5, 7/6 and 7/7/2025. The overnight attendant did provide 3 Dyson fans for 3/4 rooms after pleading for something. Also, look at some of the other reviews by travelers and you will see I am telling the truth.
