Liked: Location is close to groceries. Rooms have kitchen and kitchenware’s are also available.
Disliked: Two rooms of our friends booking was paid but was cancelled at the time of checked in. The manager didn’t even do anything to resolved this issue or offer any assistance. The room looks clean but found a bug on the bed and cockroach in the fridge. Lack of proper sanitation. They should improve this badly.

Disliked: cockroaches, dirty, unfriendly check in, messy front desk, had to ask for return of deposit, deposit of 300,- too high, loud, only one wall lamp not to becturned on and off from bed, shady people, take this property off booking.com. Many transient homeless people. A disgrace to rent out publicly

Was an interesting experience, that...

Liked: Location is fine, being not far from downtown,
Disliked: This "crack shack" is just outside of the area of town you might actually like to be in. A number of homeless people live here (in the hotel, that is) and it was certainly interesting to have someone wailing for help call you names when you offer to call an ambulance. Our neighbour, Shawna, has been here for 6 months and told us about the various break-ins and issues she has been having with the staff - at first I wasn't sure as there are always two sides, but staff were definitely less than desirable. The owner (I think) was far from friendly and, as it turns out, charged my card twice. I have since notified the hotel and weeks later, I still have no reply, so i will be contacting the CC company next.. The rooms themselves are small, which is expected for a cheap hotel, but there were stains resembling blood on the sheets, the bathroom mirror was haphazardly sitting on 3 random screws, the blind was completely broken and just hanging off of the mount, pretending to work, the fridge had black mould in the seals and despite being an upper floor room in the arid interior, the room also had a black mould aroma, suggesting something must be leaking somewhere for a long time.

Great stay for great price

Liked: The manager is a super cool guy and very helping. I can see him working too hard in premises

Disliked: They charged me a $200 security deposit and wont return it or answer my calls shady place run by shady people

Liked: Pillows and bed were very comfortable.Easy check in and check out Store right across the street
Disliked: The druggies hanging around. But locks on the door were secure
