A great establishment, usually happy...

Liked: Property was good, a bit noise on level 2, we usually stay on high levels. But because we booked via Booking.com there wasn’t at other rooms. However I get an email to tender a price to upgrade.
Disliked: Little noisey. Breakfast buffet wasn’t replenished in a timely fashion. I had to request OJ and hot food. Other guests asked for butter and other other foods to be replenished.

Very good accommodation, great staff

Location is good but not...

Liked: Location is very conveniet to the ocean so if you want to have a good walk along the ocean, you will gonna love this and also the area is so near to a lot of places of interest.
Disliked: 1. Cleanliness of the room - There's roaches in our room.2. The room is very outdated3. The wifi is slower than turtle to the point that I have to use my own data because I cannot connect to do some errands in my laptop.4. the alley going to the room is very narrow. I was carrying our luggage and there's another guest coming toward us but we cannot fit to the alley to that point that we have to lean over the wall.

Liked: Location and view were great. Loved the seating area in front of the floor to ceiling windows
Disliked: I did not like that I had to phone down to reception every time I wanted to adjust the air conditioning and when I phoned at 1am it appeared not to take any effect to get cooler, so then phoned down again at 2.45am and this time it finally was cooler, then phoned again at around 7am as now needed it warmer to get showed and changed. I might sound high maintence but of all the hotels around the world I have never had to make a phone call to adjust the airconditioning.Also the shower head (shower over the bath that I'm not personally a fame of) was small that I had to swish around to get wet and stay somewhat warm, also the warm temperture in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location with fabulous views
Disliked: Room cleaning staff were appalling. One night we came back our room and it had not been made up at all.

Exceptional

Will definitely be back for...

Liked: Love the location, we were able to walk around. Breakfast was OK. Could do with a bit of change especially if you staying for more than 2 days. Room service was really good including the delivery of the meal.
Disliked: Refreshing of the rooms needs attention.
