Great stay, would book again!!

Liked: The hotel was neat and tidy, clean and close to city centre. Staff were attentive and we enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Perfect for a 1 night...

Liked: Location excellent Food good. They bring self service to a whole new level...
Disliked: Hotel v functional, decor stark, lacks atmosphere. The corridors upstairs are dim and slightly spooky. A little more light and colour would go a long way.

Liked: Super location at the heart of Dunedin. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice view from our room on top floor. Good pubs and restaurants very close.
Disliked: limited internal parking. But there is free P30 parking just outside.
