Exceptional

Liked: Location was great. Rooms were nice

Summer vacation 2025

Liked: We have been staying here for 3 yrs now and are always greeted by the friendly staff. We also love that we can walk across the street to the beach. Our room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: I wish the check-in time was a little earlier, but I'm sure if we asked, they would've accommodated, but we didn't ask.

Liked: I liked the location because it is right across the street from scarborough beach. You can walk over. The hotel property, it was very clean and meticulously cared for. The owner'sAre very nice and also work very hard doing laundry and check ins. If you get a room facing the beach, you get to see the best sunrises.
Disliked: they did not give cots or extra blankets when asked because they did not want extra people sleeping in your room and not paying. Also, it's a continental breakfast. It was just bagels and coffee. It'd be nice if they added donuts and cereal...Especially for kids... If you can't climb steep stairs, then make sure you stay on the first floor. The cost is a little high for a small room.
