Liked: The location was great. Walking distance to the beach and cafes/bars along the water front. It did its job. Budget hotel, very clean and beds were okay.
Disliked: The cars/motorbikes that drive past on the main road were extremely loud. People were drifting their cars in the 4 story car park across the road at 2am. It was so painful by the 3rd day. Just constant Harleys and road bikes fanging their engines at the lights.

Run down but OK.

Liked: Good location, low price. Comfortable beds and hot shower.
Disliked: Property is very run down. Described as plan but definitely well past plain. Photos of properly are many years old.

Liked: Proximity to the beach, grocery, restaurants, bars, and bus to Perth city.The price is very good for this size and location.
Disliked: Too many DOs and DON'Ts. You have to wash the dishes without amenities.No wi-fi. They put it in the description but still... XXI century.No soundproofing. You hear all the motorcycles and sports cars noise from the street.
