Disliked: Two glass shelves in bathroom were filthy.Toilet bowl had not been cleaned properly for what seemed like months!I had to thoroughly clean one of the plastic drinking glasses in order for it to be clean - it was so dirty - they both were! Not acceptable. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired - very disappointed with it over all

Disappointing

Liked: Great location. Lady at checkout was super nice. Free luggage storage.
Disliked: Room was super basic, moderately clean. Reminded us of mid-range hostel rooms in other cities. Hotel is generally noisy. Next to our room was the elevator which we could hear coming up and down until later than midnight and by seven. When it opened at our floor it sounded as if someone was banging at our walls (maybe therefore the cracks?). We noted the noises immediately after check-in and asked the reception for help. Instead of taking guests concerns seriously, the man there assured us that the elevator wouldn't run during the night.

Overall a pleasant yet good...

Liked: Got various things to try at breakfast, which was quite good and nutritious. It was planned well and organized properly. I really liked the open garden.
Disliked: The rooms were quite clean but small as compared to pictures. And, the bed were loose yet uncomfortable, as it keep separating.

Liked: The location is perfect since our main reason to come to Copenhagen was to go to Tivoli Gardens which is just a few steps away.Our room is quite spacious and comfortable.The breakfast is really great - both variety and taste.But the best part about this hotel is the staff - everyone is really lovely (not in a fake kind of way) and easy to communicate with. One of the receptionists also knew a few things in our native language which is not that common so we were pleasantly surprised.
Disliked: The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade - some things look a bit worn down and old. But it's not anything that significant.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lots to choose from. The public spaces were really great. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The desk was really useful. Renting a bike was so easy and seamless through the hotel
Disliked: The bathroom was small and awkward to work in. The lights were finicky—sometimes hard to turn off. there was construction outside my bedroom which was irritating. The toilet seemed old and looked a little dirty. I think it was clean but it was stained.
