Great location, but impersonal, inflexible...

Liked: Location was perfect, right in the middle of some really nice areas, close to the marina and great tram and train connections. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel falsely claimed to offer vegan options for breakfast, on their site and confirmed by messaging upon booking. However when we attended breakfast on our first morning we were told that they "have stopped offering this". Really frustrating as we were then out of pocket having to go out for breakfast for the rest of the trip despite having paid for this. Reception said at the time that we would be refunded upon checking out but this was then denied on the basis of "that person must have been new." Staff at both the restaurant and reception made this feel like an inconvenience and just shrugged this off, so wasn't the nicest experience.Road works right outside the room until early hours of the morning.Not a great view from the room.
