Very good

Liked: A really nice cozy hotel, good breakfast and nice service.
Disliked: Coming later might be an issue with eating in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is open till 9, we came after 8 and the only option suggested was buffet, which was OK but not exactly what we wanted. If you arrive late, check with the reception, if and what kind of dinner you can get or plan to eat outside.

Disliked: Room and so on not so good compare with other Scandic I stay at. To soft bed did feel it was old. No coffe/tea in the room have to purchase a cup of hot water and a tea bag in reception for 25 Sek.??!!

Disappointing

Disliked: Food in restaureant far from good, dry meat, very boring vegetables

Never Again!

Liked: The only positive thing about the hotel is the breakfast and the location.
Disliked: Terrible hotel. There is mold in the bathrooms and spa area. Several ceiling tiles are missing above the swimming pool. In the rooms themselves there is no tea or coffee that costs extra. If you stay several days you will be lucky if you ever have a cleaning lady in your room.At night the noise from the nearby Cikle K gas station is disturbing (loud music and engine noise).

Liked: An excellent breakfast buffet with great selection.Generous environment in whole hotel.Pets are welcome (but ask before).Good access by car and a good car park.
Disliked: A separate stand for the suitcase would be an advantage, on the free space beside the little bank.

It was fine!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, We needed a trolley for our equipment and We got it. Great breakfast, good location as it´s close to the motorway and the big shopping center. We were the most of the time at Tyrolen in Alvesta. It was perfect with the big fan in the room. Great with check out at 12.00!
Disliked: There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The breakfast should be until 11,00 in the weekends and not 10,00

Good value and quality.

Liked: We wanted hotel room that could accomodate family of 4 people. Scandic Växjö was the perfect hotel for a 1 night stay after long car ride. Room and bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was also very tasty.
Disliked: As we stayed only 1 night, couldn't point out anything negative.
