Liked: Breakfast was good, although the room was very basic, not too comfortable, the mattress was ok.
Disliked: The room was very basic, not very comfortable, with a bit of smell to the gutter.

Good stay in a top...

Liked: Good breakfast with nice variety.
Disliked: The entrance was somewhat obscured by the ongoing construction work. A minor distraction.

The hotel was very clean...

Liked: Cleanliness, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great breakfast. Water boiler for tea and coffee in the room. Nice sizable single bed.
Disliked: The location, view and cleanliness. Close to the intercity train and bus station.

Good

Liked: Staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially Cecilia. Breakfast was great with a good variety for every taste.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that we had to go back down to reception after checking in as the bathroom ceiling in our room was unacceptable with large brown water marks on the ceiling and tiles not in place. In saying that the staff were quick to change our room and professional in there conduct.

Disapointmenr and no desire to...

Liked: Great location downtown but a lot of traffic as well which affects the rooms against the street
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation and it affects the rooms, the elevators and the total experience of the stay, beside it is along walk to the parking house

Suited my needs

Liked: Very good location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Currently being refurbished. About time too. No lounge to sit in.
