Liked: Breakfast is OK but not the top , could be better
Disliked: no wardrobe in the room , just a hanger

Worst experience for a 4-star...

Liked: Location was good, nearby public transport
Disliked: The only hotel I had to authorize a card for potential damages of the room. Then they could not tell us for which period is the card authorized for nor which is the amount.The receptionist had no idea where to get the restaurant menu from, no information about Wi-Fi either.The bathorom door of the room was not closing and made strange and loud noises so when going to the bathroom I was risking waking up my family.The elevators were broken and broke one after the other some doors nor closing or the elevator not starting at all. Others had the same issues with the elevators.

Liked: Location close to the metro station. The breakfast was good.Easy parking.
Disliked: Lamp was broken, electric bed was broken, not enough place to hang our towels in the bathroom.

Disliked: too crowded at breakfast, limited meal selection in evening : nothing Danish??

Liked: It was nice rooms. Had big rooms and it was some privacy between beds
Disliked: Too far from center. Busy street in front of hotel. Hard to walk around. Not relaxing. The room had a tile missing on ceiling.
