Lovely experience but some things...

Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff and excellent, central location. Loved their sustainable approach. Lovely coloring station for kids!!
Disliked: Facilities and amenities were a bit dated. Breakfast was quite basic, with very limited choices for people with food intolerances, and dining tables/area wasn’t the cleanest. Ironing board and iron in the room but no shoe horn; not very practical.
