Liked: Cleaning, and service: Lady from Romania that cleaned and gave service, very very kind with us.
Disliked: What we got for such price is a shame. First night, small and awful room. The bed was declared for two, in reality it was for one person, and impossible to sleep due to a "hole effect " in the middle. No space. No facilities. It faced the road. We immediately asked to receptionist if they had a better one. She told that it was not possible, because hotel was fully book. Now, it was around 16-17.00: very strange, also due to the fact that after us more customers arrived for check in. And anyway the people at reception told us that all rooms are the same, all bed are the same: big lie. The lady at reception told that had given us a room with nice "panorama", textual ( in front of the road): I asked if she was joking. We did not sleep at all the first night. So, I had to ask a materasse, to be maybe placed on the floor ( any way, no idea where, because there was not space enough on the floor..). The lady at reception told me if I wanted " an extra bed".. Who knows, maybe she wanted that I paid for such " extra bed..", a materasse on the floor.. Then, I asked again to the Guy at reception, please, can you change room? after insisting he gave us a new room, that was better. So, it means the lied first times. Anyway, for what we paid, it all remained a scandal. Wifi not working in the structure. So, Guys, fly down, and bring respect to customers that come to Stavanger for work and they need to sleep. Never again here.
