Liked: Nice breakfast and great location.
Disliked: I booked a Standard room (18 m2) but we received a very very small one, we complained but the reception told us that the hotel was full and that they could only move us to a bigger room on Sunday (on the third/last night).

Liked: Staff was uniformly gracious and helpful; hot water is immediate and plentiful. Hotel is in a good location for access to Oslo's sights. The breakfast buffet is great
Disliked: When the hotel is full the buffet space is too small and breakfast feels chaotic.The rooms are very small and hard for two people to share. Some poor design decisions compound the problem. More shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and a second luggage rack rather than a pullout bed would make a big difference

Liked: Fabulous breakfast. Room basically but clean. Friendly staff

Liked: The gentleman that eventually checked us in the next day.
Disliked: That our room had been given away, even though I informed the hotel we would be arriving after 01.00 am. Also the fact that they hadn't even sorted an alternative room at one of their other hotels. We were told that we could get a taxi back to our original hotel the next day to check in, this could not happen as the original hotel had to order it and would not answer the phone, despite the other hotel manager ringing them several times. When we did get back there, the person on the front desk had no idea about the scenario or that there was supposed to have had a flood in rooms the night before. There was a very large party that came down for lunch as we were attempting to check in again, so that is why our room was allocated to someone else and the flood was just an excuse.
