Overall good experience.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Extra payment for swimming pool for family hours and charging for storing the luggage.

Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Reception staff were generally not helpful, except for the welcoming lady. Check-in time is very late, and if you want to check in earlier, they push you to pay extra by offering a room upgrade. It feels like the hotel’s main goal is to get more money from guests rather than provide good service. Very disappointing experience.

Disliked: You have to schedule everything beforehand such as the bookings for breakfast (!) while you are on holiday and for housekeeping. Very crowded, lots of families with children. We were charged for lockers that you if you exceed four hours you are charged again whereas most hotels around Europe have that service for free.
