Liked: The location is good, you can easily reach the centre.
Disliked: The lady at the reception was so rude. I don’t think they have proper staff for the hotel. She did not want to do the check-in even it was 4 pm and she was claiming that the room is not clean so we have to wait. She said we can complain whoever we want because the Nordic people love hearing about problems. I never saw such staff who can make that sort of jokes!!!

Not good value for money.

Liked: It was easy to check in and check out, the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent.
Disliked: The room was very outdated. Several parts of the room were extremely dirty, including the walls and lamps. In the bathroom the doors were splintered, some tiles were broken, and the toilet looked extremely filthy even tho it was just rusty inside with a broken toilet seat. The wooden floor was extremely scratched at some parts. The air-conditioning was either very weak or non-functional. No hand soap in the bathroom. Some wooden parts of the room were just falling apart.

Liked: The breakfast was full of different options.
Disliked: The location was on the uphill coming from downtown. Also it takes about 30 to 40 min walking to train station which is also in downtown.The staff at reception was not welcoming at all when I arrived. He was a young man who fid not explain to me anything, did not smile and he almost sais only 2 words: Hi, here it is .I felt so bad and all of my excitement went away after a long uphill walking. The breakfast canteen is not as big as it should be comparing the number of the people qho join there. So, there were always people waiting for seats during my stay which made me feel guilty if I wanted to sit a bit more. There were 2 elevators, one of them worked randomly for going to floor 5. Sometimes the buttons did not work but receiptionist who saw i am struggling did not react to help.
