Liked: Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Well located. Easy transport to airport and city
Disliked: Bedside lamp not functioning. Takeaway breakfast paid for and ordered on last morning not delivered. To make up we were given bread roll from cabinet that was 4 days old and very stale.

Excellent location

Liked: The location was very good. There were a few bars and restaurants to the top of the street, but Aker Brigge is only a 10 minute walk. The tram is five minutes away either way so its very conveniently located. The superior room with a balcony was fine, but the balcony was very small. Always request a balcony with views of the fjords. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices but like every European hotel, the food is only warm. A lovely bar open every night except Sunday. Staff very attentive especially the Breakfast staff.
Disliked: Aircon was ok, but no idea if it could cope if the weather was any hotter than 25c.
