Great value for the location...

Liked: Location and sauna were nice
Disliked: Room didn’t have windows that open. Bit stuffy

Could have been better

Liked: The location was great next to everything you need. Breakfast was great too
Disliked: Our room was not available until 6pm. Then when we finally got our room there was only one doubleBed when we had booked a room for three people. When I was went to reception they said that I should open the sofa bed. I asked that there did this as it shouldn’t be for me to do especially given the long wait to check in. The lady said that there was no one to do it but she will come and help. When we went to the room she didn’t know how to do it so in the end i had to do it anyway. We had asked for our room to be cleaned and this never happened.

Liked: The room was really beautiful and the location is great.

Good for weekend and short...

Liked: Property is centrally located - rooms are fairly sized (by European standards).
Disliked: The property is dated.

Good location and good room...

Liked: Location was good and the room was a good size.
Disliked: The wait to check in took 20 mins and then ask a question again queues to see the receptionist. It feels like it’s understaffed which wasn’t great.

Quite an exceptional stay at...

Liked: The staff was exceptional; from the front desk for help and information to the restaurant staff to the breakfast room staff, all were fantastic. Property is in a great location on the Avenyen and walking distance to every place we went over our three full days there. Property and surrounding area were very clean and well kept in the breakfast buffet was fantastic.
Disliked: Not that we didn’t like it but the rooms are a little small.
