Liked: Breakfast spread was fantastic. Good range of hot and cold items (and I was very excited over the Avocado).Room sizes where very generous compared to other places we've stayed in Norway and beef was very comfortable.
Disliked: Pool area meant to be adults only after 7pm however many kids just stay there and it was a harrowing experience. Very poor behaviors and disturbing to other users - more the fault of the parents though than of the hotel though the hotel could remind users that kids should leave from 7pm. Could also be a bit noisy with kids running up and down the corridors

Great location and supportive staff...

Liked: Great location in the heart of the city. The staff was very supportive, breakfast was tasty, and an extra bed was provided promptly on request.
Disliked: The room lacked basic amenities like an intercom, toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers, and even a welcome water bottle. These essentials should be standard in any guest room.

Very enjoyable stay at a...

Liked: We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the decor attractive and well maintained. There was a huge choice at breakfast with good quality ingredients and the pool and spa was really lovely.
Disliked: Only slight problem was the bedding which was a bit soft and thin. We would have preferred one duvet rather than 2 small ones.
