Could be better

Liked: The room was nice and big enough. The breakfast was rich and very enjoyable.
Disliked: We had requested an extra bed for my child and it was confirmed by them when we arrived the extra bed was not hthere and we had to ask for it twice before getting it. Cleaning was not regular and had to be explicitly requested but they forgot to tell us. I asked the second day and even if confirmed they didn't clean the room. I complained again and finally got the cleaning done.

Liked: The staff is wonderful and the breakfast had some vegan cheese and gluten free options.
Disliked: Asked to clean the room and nobody ever came.Swimming pool was closed but didn't look very appealing anyway.

A fantastic place to stay

Liked: A very clean and modern hotel, in a fantastic location, with a great range of facilities, including the pool
Disliked: The only minor thing to mention is that towels for the pool need to be collected from the main desk first, and we didn’t know this
