Very good
Liked: Clean, spacious room, with a comfortable bed and hot, powerful shower; friendly, helpful staff (the service desk is open 24/7), and a hearty, well-stocked breakfast buffet, included in the price. Decent sauna facility, located on the ground floor but only open in the evening (16:00-21:00). Right next to Pasila station - with frequent trains to the centre of Helsinki, taking around 10 minutes. The station is located in the Mall of Tripla, which has several supermarkets (K-Supermarket, Lidl, Prisma) if you need any supermarket supplies. A perfect, practical, place to stay if passing through Helsinki for a night or two, especially if you'll be hungry in the mornings.

Liked: Location to my office, nice shopping center around the corner.
Disliked: Temperature in th bedroom was too hot, even when setting up the A/C on the minimum.

Lovely place with a few...
Liked: Nice clean room, the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The tv chromecast didn't work. The toilet is way too close to the wall. The cooling didn't work very well, causing the family to lose sleep one night, not up to par for a summer night.

My stay offered an enjoyable...
Liked: The breakfasts were amazing! There was a lot of choice and I appreciated discovering traditional Finnish foodI enjoyed being in a quiet location away from the centre of Helsinki I enjoyed walking around the areaI had my first sauna here
Disliked: It would have been helpful to have information in English about how to travel to the centre of Helsinki by train, bus or tram.

Disappointed
Liked: The room was clean, nice and had enough space. Amazing location and good parking space.
Disliked: The sofa bed sounded like it will break any minute every time you move even a little bit in it. The Air conditioning did not work in the room and felt like sauna. We came late with kids and I tried putting it on the most cold directly when we came and when we were preparing the kids to sleep I started to think that it's not working and I tried to call to the reception number multiple times but it keep say only that it's unavailable. After the kids fall asleep I was so tired so I couldn't go to the reception anymore and also we could have not changed the room anyway anymore cuz the kids were sleeping and don't actually think that was even an option cuz in the check in I heard that the hotel is pretty full. I told about these things to the reception when we checked out but she just said " I'm sorry, I will let the maintenance know about it and the phone is locked and needs puk code so we can't fix it before Monday" We came to relax and enjoy ourselves in the hot summer weather and have a good night sleep but ended up spinning in the bed sweating.
