Good

Liked: The selection of the breakfast buffet was good. However the coffee wasn’t.
Disliked: The rooms should be refreshed especially the bathrooms.

Great location and at a...

Liked: Great location. Port, beach and amusement park all with walking distance (20-30 mins). Lovely big park across road from hotel. Tram stop beside hotel. Good breakfast, lots of choice.
Disliked: Not enough lifts / elevators. Poor air conditioning. Rooms could be cleaner - some areas that hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Used coffee cups and glasses not replaced with clean ones each day. Two coffee sachets in room at check in, and not restocked after use..

Sub optimal

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Prices were ridiculously high. 0.5 litre of water was 4 times the cost of petrol. Sauna was cold, pool was freezing, room was very dusty.
