Disliked: Room was a bit noisy...thin walls. Could hear TV in adjacent room.Bathroom somewhat cramped. Tub / shower ..no grab bars...not too safe

Liked: Room was great: spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Receptionists helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great: lots on offer and ability to book time slot
Disliked: The location is great: near train station and Tivoli, in the heat of Copenhagen, however you are next to city hall and the bell does chime every 15mins until midnight. Wasnt a problem though.

A complete nightmare

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The visit was horrendous. The room was icy and when I finally had to take a shower in a chilling bathroom on the second morning there came NO water at all from the shower. The receptionist agreed to change rooms but insisted that I should come back from town by noon to carry myself my luggage to the new room even thougt they first had promised to move them for me if I packed them myself. So on the top of everything they blankly told me that I was a liar. The man in the reception told me that he had bern alone behind the reception all saturday morning(??) and no-one could have promised me any help with my bags. I will never go back to this hotel again. On the top of everything the locks did not work.
