Fantastic!

Liked: The location was great! It was quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was top notch.
Disliked: We did have a stained duvet inset and the cleaning lady changed it for us.

Disliked: Extremely disappointing – our luggage was stolen and the hotel took no responsibilityWe had an extremely upsetting experience at Scandic Oslo City. While we were away for one night, my father’s suitcase was stolen from the hotel’s luggage storage room, where we had left it upon check-out with the full trust that it would be kept safe.We returned the following day to check back in for another night, only to find that one of our bags was missing. The hotel staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility, even though the theft clearly occurred on their premises. They failed to offer any compensation or support and did not provide any real assistance with the CCTV footage or internal investigation.This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this category. It was an incredibly stressful experience to deal with during our trip, and it has completely shattered our trust in the Scandic chain.We do not recommend staying at this hotel. If you do, think twice before leaving anything in their storage room – your belongings may not be there when you return.

Liked: Nothing. We leave our luggage for one night and someone stole the luggage and the hotel was really weird because they didn't want to show the cameras. They didnt help us.
