Liked: Everything was great about this hotel! Staff, location, the buffet breakfast, and room. The only negative was booking.com they CANNOT guarantee a balcony room so you need to fix your website. Thankfully after two days we were able to switch to a room with a balcony, but again this was not the hotels fault.

Loved Oslo and the convenient...

Liked: The central location and the in room kitchen and laundry facility.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was no a/c and it was very hot in Oslo. We left the window open to get some fresh air in. That aside it would be a perfect place to stay in colder weather.

Great overall, but let down...

Liked: Great Location! There's an underground walkway from the bus station straight to the hotel. The Bergen Light Rail from the airport to the central bus station is very convenient, just 45 NOK per person (buy tickets via the Skyss app or at the station located underground out of the airport). It takes about 45 minutes and offers space for luggage and strollers. Reception was professional and helpful. Thankyou for being so kind. Breakfast was tasty with vegan options, loved the salmon and variety of eggs. Bryggen and the Fløibanen funicular are a 12–15 min walk. Sentrum Mall is right across with grocery stores and fast food. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.We had a Superior Extra Room on the 10th floor with amazing mountain views, including Mount Fløyen.
Disliked: The hotel needs to address its centrally controlled air conditioning system. Our room was unbelievably warm, while the corridors and other areas of the hotel were comfortably cool. Despite raising the issue with reception over three nights, the only solution offered was a small fan, which made little difference.If you're traveling with young children, this hotel may not be ideal due to the poor ventilation and ineffective air conditioning in the rooms.
