Confortable hotel

Liked: The hotel locates in a peaceful area near a tram stop. So it was easy to travel there. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
Disliked: In the breakfast there was a rush hour. I had booked a time for breakfast, but I anyway didn't find a free table. I had to eat at the bar counter.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast were healthy and were often refilled so that everyone gets theirs. The hotel was full of families staying with kids. Despite that, we didn't hear a lot of noise, and the facilities are kept clean and tidy. City center is walkable.
Disliked: The spa and fitness center are small: it's only a single sauna room and a single hot tub for a 15-floor hotel. In the evening, the spa area is wet and unattended. The fitness machines are old and squeaky.

Liked: Good location, helpful staff and comfortable room.
Disliked: So we had bad luck that a kids football team was accommodated on our floor. Even though I understand that kids are kids, it felt more like being in a student dormitory rather then a hotel: kids shouting, running around the corridor, slamming door, listening to loud music. Every night I had to call the reception to get then to quiet down efter 11 pm. The cleanliness was ok in the room, not clinical tough, but the halls, lobbies and common areas were dirty, unfortunately even the kids playroom.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Family friendly jacuzzi and sauna, compact but complete rooms for a family and a fabulous buffet breakfast. The kids even got a little welcome present which they loved.
Disliked: Nothing!
