Liked: I'd like to thank the staff for helping me and for changing my room which didn't have a bath but I really needed it after running a half marathon:) + Great breakfast and clean room.
Disliked: The hotel is located in a tourist center, so until late night it was a bit noisy in the courtyard. The weather was already good and the windows were open, so I couldn't avoid this noise unfortunately.

Liked: Excellent location..right next to the pier, as we were arriving from Flam.
Disliked: Housekeeping could have been a little better as the tea bags and creamer were not being replenished and had to depend on the Reception, both days....

Liked: Bed was very comfy, reception staff were pleasant and really helpful, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety to choose from.The location was great, very quiet, and walking distance to nearly everywhere.
Disliked: Just a bit of feedback that may need looking into. Our fridge was blocked with brown water with stains at the back near the drainage hole.Our radiator didn't warm up, so it was quite chilly, we even turned the thermostat to 24 and the radiator to the maximum+ but the temperature struggled to rise. The morning of our last day there was nowhere to sit for breakfast as the tables were all full or had alot of dirty left over plates still on them and people were standing around due to the other room where we ate the previous mornings being unexpectidly closed, I asked one lady if the room is open to which she said no, unsure of the reason why, my parter approached a different lady who then did open the other room. We noticed it was different breakfast staff that morning as the previous were quick and always had the other room open.
