Liked: The receptionist are very polite
Disliked: 1 kettle for all hotel it takes time to use. No kettle inside the room. The iron and board you need to go to second floor to use it it’s very hot in the room it’s really embarrassed to bring all your stuffs. No trolly for the luggage you need to go back many time just to get your things. The sohva bed it’s not comfortable. We get the family standard room but the sohva beds it’s not good.
