Really disappointing. Terrible value. But...

Liked: Location perfect for airport, design of restaurant good. But that is where positives end.
Disliked: Menu at restaurant awful, very limited, especially for those with dietary requirements, no table service (order at the bar), very overpriced. Beds horrible, nasty thin mattresses that slide off the bed when you move. Some of our beds weren’t made and we had to make ourselves. The ‘pool’ is a tiny ‘hot tub’ that is quite cold and has no jet bubbles. Our room air con didn’t work and our room was far too hot. I hardly slept. My husband felt it was the worst value for any hotel he’s ever stayed in. Coffee at breakfast was also unpleasant.

Convenient for early flights!

Liked: Literally couldn't be closer to the airport - very convenient. Breakfast was good, and they gave the kids a mocktail from the bar on arrival which they loved and gave us an excuse to go for a beer!
Disliked: Jacuzzi was cold and bubbles weren't available. The room was really hot and there was no way to control the temperature in our room, which had no window (we chose this option).

Exceptional

Liked: Really quiet for an airport hotel which is rare and appreciated. Great breakfast. So handy when arriving late.
