Exceptional

Very good

Liked: We loved the location in the meatpacking district. Close to metro and s-tog trains, walking distance to Tivoli. Great atmosphere
Disliked: Extra payment for luggage room if needed

Good

Excellent hotel at a good...

Liked: The hotel was near a metro station. The breakfast was rich, but there were too many people in the restaurant. The rooms are big. The hotel is great for the money we paid in this otherwise quite expensive city.
Disliked: Our stay at the hotel was for 4 nights. If you want the room cleaned, you order cleaning. We ordered room cleaning only once, but they didn't change our towels or wash the bathroom, they just threw out the trash.

Perfekt stay!

Liked: Breakfast was great, rich and wide variety but sometimes a bit crowded even so we booked a time slot in advance. Easy check in and check out.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning/ ventilation in the bathroom/ shower room. It was difficult to get fresh air inside after showering.

Very good

Liked: Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom.
Disliked: The app that we had to use to reserve breakfast and cleaning. We wanted our room cleaned on the second day, but forgot to reserve :)

A great hotel for a...

Liked: Breakfast was really good! However, it had only two types of fruit (orange and melon everyday). The location is great, 10 min walking from the metro station and 4 min walking from the s-train station and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars! The staff at the reception and at the breakfast were very nice. We have also enjoyed the common areas of the hotel, where you can eat or drink something from the bar or play board games ! And on fridays they even have a DJ after 4pm!
Disliked: The cleaning was very bad. In one of our days of stay it even seemed that they have only changed the towels and folded the duvet in two. They didn't change the rubbish, didn't wash the bathroom sink, among others... We have complained at the reception and they even informed us that other guests have also complained about the same thing... For a 4-star hotel, this just can't happen. Also, if you want to leave your luggage until the time of check in or until your flight, you have to pay to rent a locker. This costed me about 4 euros. I have stayed in many hotels and I have never had to pay to leave my luggage there. If you want to do the early check in, you also need to pay a fee. Again, never happened to me in any of the other hotels where I've stayed. I think the hotel should review these fees, because in my perspective they should not exist.
