Liked: Lovely staff, huge and varied breakfast, the room and facilities are up to date, the location is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here

Disliked: Although I was told to run the shower for a long time for it to warm up it never really did and was either stone cold or lukewarm at best. The lack of milk for tea and coffee seemed a bit cheap - bar that almost perfect

Liked: I have stayed at your hotel for the fourth time in a row. And every time I admire the amenities, the interior of the room and the lounge area for guests. Every time I stay at your hotel, every time I am convinced that I have made the right choice. During the day you can have a snack and enjoy your rest in the lounge area and this is included in the price of the room. And the breakfast exceeds all expectations in terms of the abundance of dishes.Thank you to the administration.You are the best hotel in Hamburg.

Liked: The staff is super nice and polite.They have a sustainability policy for cleaning. That is all very fine and well, but checking-in to a room with dirty shoe prints all over the floor and bathroom is not nice.They should also improve the cleaning in the showers. The grouts should not be moldy nor the tiles grimy.

We’d prefer the same hotel again.Here are just two things- beds were too soft, at least for us. - there was a shop in the hotel for snacks but we were be happy if there was a restaurant option tooExcept these two we really love the hotel. Great staff, great location, great breakfast. Thanks for everything ❤️
