Liked: Comfortable bed.It was quiet in the room and couldn't hear other guests.Towels hung in bathroom with space to hang wet towels to dry. Good hanging space for coats and clothes.Hotel information in a holder on the wall, so not spread about surfaces.Good location and nice lobby / public areas.Pleasant staff
Disliked: No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We phoned reception and were told there was a machine in reception! Who wants to go all the way down to reception in their pyjamas for a cup of tea/coffee in the evening or morning???? Really?! When I said this to receptionist , we were told we could go down to reception an collect a kettle and a couple of mugs, they weren't sent up to the room. Really, tea/coffee making facilities should be supplied as basic part of room equipment. :( The fold down beds had obviously been installed later than and were too long for the wall they were fitted to. This wouldn't have been so bad if the back of the end sticking out had been finished but is wasn't and it looked like something had been removed from the wall there as well and there was glue residue all down the wall. It did spoil the look of the room.The clothes rail finishing in the middle of the chest of drawers? Why?
