Unpleasant stay! Do not recommend.

Liked: I booked two rooms and we had a very unpleasant stay
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, flimsy pillows , the basic thing any hotel should provide is a comfortable bed ! Especially if it is rated a 4 star, should have some standards!! There were many other issues one of the most glaring one was we were asked to book for breakfast which we did for 9:30, we arrived 9:45 expecting our breakfast slot to be for 1 hour from 9:30 to 10:30 but inconsiderably the items were removed at 10 as soon as we had started eating, we had small children who ended up being hungry , also the staff in dining area were extremely unhelpful when asked about vegetarian options she did not seems to have much clue , though she did manage to find some cheese after prodding few times !

Liked: The location is withjn a short walk of the centre. Breakfast was ok, and shower was excellent
Disliked: I only require one standard pillow - not three tiny overstuffed squares
