Exceptional

Liked: The staff were lovely. The rooms were a decent size for being single occupancy. We loved the breakfast buffet. The options were brilliant. The foyer/communal area was excellent. We also really enjoyed using the sauna. The location was brilliant for the train station. We loved We could access the Arlanda Express from just up the hill from the door of the hotel.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: What I like about this hotel is that the room is spacious and the location is not too far
Disliked: What I didn’t like was that the staff were not very friendly and didn’t provide much information — you had to ask for everything yourself. The room was not cleaned during my stay, and I only found out on the last night that you need to inform the hotel staff one day in advance for housekeeping, but no one told me that. I stayed on the fifth floor where the hallway was wooden, so it was quite noisy whenever people walked by.There was a carpet in front of the sofa in the room, and it was quite dusty

Cosy and sophisticated stay

Liked: Prime location in the middle of city centre. Extremely close to all tourist attractions. All of the staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast has a plenty of choices including bread, cheese and cooked food and always fresh. The lobby has enough tables and sofa areas with sophisticated design, where I really enjoyed editing my photos on my iPad after long walks. Love to stay longer next time x
