Disliked: The room I had was dark and facing inward, I couldn't tell if it was day or evening. It's a pity, otherwise a nice hotel.

Liked: Buffet breakfast was amazing. I’m gluten free and there were so many options. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The website to book breakfast and cleaning is simple and easy to use.
Disliked: The bins in the room were tiny and the standard room didn’t come with a kettle.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The staffs, while checked-in and during my stay over there, disturbed me several times for full payment while I had opted for payment during checking out. They have compelled me to pay on the second day of my stay over there while my booking was for seven days )June 1 - 7, 2025). The staff in the reception asked me to pay an excess amount due to no-show on the first day of my booking ( June 1, 2025 ) as my flight was cancelled for 'operational problems' as mentioned by the airport personnel in Berlin and I had immediately informed the hotel about it. I did not pay the excess amount which was illogically demanded.
