Liked: The location.
Disliked: It really look like a convention center, no decoration, cold and dark.. not feel cozy or comfortable. Breakfast is average, tasteless to accommodate large group of people. The room was not clean (stain on the walls, carpet dirty and left over from previous guest)Our room was located near the lift with the noise associated.

Disliked: They ran out of English tea in the restaurant for last three days. No alternative was offered other than sweet, fruit teas

A great place to stay....

Liked: The location is perfect for us as we have family that live locally. It is very close to three metro lines which means that all the sights are within easy reach.It is an easy journey from the airport by metro.Breakfast was magnificent!Staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and helpful.The rooms were located exactly where we wanted to be.
Disliked: The room was quite small for two people, especially the bathroom, and a shower mat would have been useful..We would have appreciated the room being vacuumed.Only one working lift was difficult at breakfast time.
