Pleasant stay. Very friendly staff.

Liked: We made a booking last minute. The personal met us and already was waiting for us. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, helped me to solve some questions related to our stay in Finland. The breakfast is very good, the best breakfast I had for the past half a year in the hotel. A bif variety of healthy food, as well as lactose and gluten free meals.
Disliked: Sauna wasnt working on the second day when we stayed. Staff told us that sauna wont be working from 9am (maintanance or something), we went there at 7:30, but sauna was already not heated.

Will not do again because...

Liked: It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Bed and pillow were horrible. Its an older building, thats need renovation.Its not a kid friendly place … the kids corner cant be really called a play spot. Its also only open during breakfast and dinner. Swimmingpools kids toys and swimming aids are mostly broken. Saunas work only at evening. Air conditioning at room makes sound at night and it cant be operated from room.

Disliked: Service in restaurant is not good, took long time to get the order (dinner) ready and food was not tasty. Breakfast was acceptable, shots finished quickly but no more to fill up. Bread was dry, scramble egg was too salty and porridge was not cooked well.

Liked: The room was spacious and nicely furnished. A little nightlight close to the floor is helpful because you don't need to turn on big lights to go to the bathroom at night. Very delicious breakfast!
Disliked: The bed cushion was a bit thin

Liked: Staff are good and excellent
Disliked: Booking request need more improvement and communication

Liked: Everything is fine except for the mechanism I mentioned below.
Disliked: The bed I said I want one room for one person and two children. The bed was not ready.
