Not worth the money

Liked: The only positive thing about this hotel is their breakfast. Even for that, though, you need to book your slot in advance and you may find the restaurant fully booked.
Disliked: the rooms were so basic, it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. No mini-fridge (I had medication that needed to be kept in a fridge), no phone to call reception, no bedside table, barely a tiny space to hang clothes. I requested for my room to be cleaned 1 out of 4 days, and they did not make the bed nor hoovered the floor. The breakfast room was huge, but had only ONE coffee machine working for all (over 70) guests allowed at each slot. Shockingly poor for their price point, i.e., well above 200£ per night.

Perfect for a short stay

For the most part, comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was great. The location was good. Front desk staff were welcoming.
Disliked: One dissatisfaction was related to the fact that, upon inquiry from your front desk about whether or not we wanted room cleaned, I responded "yes". However, the room was never cleaned. I even inquired of a housekeeping staff who gave me an indication that it would be cleaned and it never was. Additionally, the quality of the towels was very disappointing. They were very thin and I expected more when paying more than $300 per night. The addition of wash cloths also would have been nice.
