Nice hotel close to main...

Liked: The hotel was great. The staff was amazing! We travel with a 4 months old baby and they help us to get a crib, and to get us access to microwaves to sterilize baby bottles. The breakfast was nice, with many options and good service. The location was great, close to main train station and some other bus stops, and also close to some restaurants and well located to explore the city walking.
Disliked: The lightning in the room was terrible, too dark for our taste. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows were just bad, too thin for our taste.

Disliked: fuller/bigger pillows and longer blankets would be nice

Excellent hotel in central Copenhagen...

Liked: The room - on the 18th floor - was very nice, spacious and had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good with ample choices of different foods and drinks. Nice location - walking distance to many places.
Disliked: It took many times asking to get the room cleaning we had booked through the web site provided. Despite being 3 in the room, we were always given only 2 sets of towels. Frustrating, but not debilitating.

Void avoid if I can

Liked: The location was decent. Walking distance to the city centre
Disliked: The room was terribly dusty, sink was blocked in the bathroom. When opened the sink top, there were so many hair and stank so bad - dont think it was every cleaned. Dust in room corners, literally disappointing. Would avoid this hotel. Breakfast was also pretty poor
