Liked: Εurything! The location perfect. The room wonderful with great View.

Depends on what you expect

Liked: -the staff is willing to collaborate,-proximity to public transport and sightseeing places-next to the planetarium, which gave us the opportunity to run in the mornings, it was great. -the drawing materials for kids in the breakfast facilities. -the breakfast was mediocre.
Disliked: -the childrens play room was closed, which was a great disappointment for us, as this was the main reason we chose the hotel. We were informed that the room is closed during the off season, though there is no indication for this anywhere, including on booking and in the hotel. Even the employees do not know how to describe when is season and when is off season. The hotel was nice enough to try compensating us slightly, though I can say that we were still disappointed and do not feel compensated at all. -there were great balls of dust and dirt under the bed.

Nice location for a short...

Liked: Great location near tran station and quiet area at the same time. Facilities nearby at walking distance.
Disliked: The Gym was small although enough.

An average hotel

Liked: An average hotel especially for the value paid. The location is good, just a 10min walk from the train and metro station and the center can be reached quickly by foot. The room was spacious.
Disliked: The second bed was not ready even though we got confirmation it will be, and we checked in 2h after check in start. We saw that the same thing happened to 2 more guests so I believe it is just the policy they do not adjust the room before you arrive. We were missing towels, soap and glasses. Cleaning is made only on demand which for me is not normal. Breakfast was average and overcrowded.All in all I understand high prices in Copenhagen but since on this trip we also visited Stockholm I would say this hotel is too expensive for what you get.

Liked: The property has a relatively good location, good breakfast.
Disliked: No proper mattress on the bed the one that was there moved around one small pillow on the bed (per person), no space in the bathroom to put any of your stuff no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: Room is clean .And the breakfast is nice.Parking is convenient.
Disliked: I don't have not like opinions.

Great but needs to improve

Liked: Great breakfast and very good location
Disliked: No kettle, toiletries and bottled water. The room was not cleaned up after 1 night of stay (we stayed for 2 nights).
