Liked: Location was excellent; right next to the train and bus station as well as all the city trams and buses. Also attached to the shopping mall made it convenient for shopping.

Liked: Location, next to the train station for us to go on Norway in a nutshell Self guided tour. Staff were super efficient who made us feel welcome. Able to store luggage for us when we went on our tour. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties of food. Their croissants were yummy!

Don't use the laundry service!

Disliked: Charged £140 for laundering 15 items, mostly smalls, no prices indicated beforehand. Hotel said "that 's what it costs". They really ought to negotiate a better deal for their customers. Or at least warn them of the outrageous chargesThat was the only disappointment of our stay.Signage to the hotel within the station could be improved - it was really convenient once you knew the way!
