Great location, superb hotel and...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location from which to walk around the landmarks in Berlin. The underground carpark was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a range of food that would satisfy any palate.
Disliked: There is nothing that we did not like.

NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Disliked: My room was st 2nd floor and later I learned there is a restaurant at 3rd floor and from 23:00 to 02:00 in the morning, you just listen the furnitures moving above you; probably they are cleaning or dometing like. What kind of a hotel puts s restaurant in the middle floor and lets its staff to make maximum noise until 2 in the morning?

Liked: Great hotel, good location, big rooms, really good and delicious breakfast with wide choice.

Liked: High level of cleanliness. Good shower pressure and large bathroom area. Excellent gym facilities and a cool small sauna. Great bar, excellent cocktail menu. Convenient, quiet location. Lots of towels were provided. There was a friendly welcome from staff upon arrival.
Disliked: Staff didn't organise the cleaning of our room, despite a request. Similarly, the staff were notified that the TV in our room wasn't working but failed to send assistance despite promising to. Most importantly, the mattresses were wafer thin and not sufficient for sleeping on comfortably, also our double bed was just two single beds pushed together. Further disappointments included a warm fridge in the room, a lack of storage and the air conditioning was poor. For these reasons it did not represent good value for money, although we still had a fun time in Berlin.
