Liked: 1) Friendly front desk staff and very helpful. 2) excellent choice of breakfast even though the seating could be a bit crowded.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights. The towel was changed and replaced with fresh ones but the bed was not made. No good TV channel selection is a let down.

Liked: So this was a tricky one. I don't normally write reviews. We had already stayed in Bergen, Flam, Oslo and had been SO impressed by the staff at each of those hotels, (because its staff that ensure the places are clean, and welcoming etc). So I don't particularly want to write a 4th review. However we owe it to the staff at this hotel. Once again superb - Lucas in particular - just could not be more professional, attentive etc. This from someone who can be very critical. The hotel is excellently located (the airport bus stops immediately outside), it is close to the old town and the trendy eatery area. The hotel is well kitted out given the room price. But - again it all comes down to the staff. Just very professional, generous with time and support. Hugely impressed.
Disliked: The hotel is not a super luxury five start hotel - but for what it is - it would be difficult to be better, Oh. It doesn't have a restaurant - but not a problem. Lots within five minute walk.
