Liked: Staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are designed very practically. Laundry room is very useful.

Liked: Free parking slot was good and accessible. Staff is helpful. Rooms are big enough. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is acceptable. Location ok, i was driving in e6 and accessing was easy.
Disliked: No refrigerator on a big chain hotel like Scandic, weird.

Liked: Location and bed.
Disliked: We booked this hotel specifically because of the pool. Since the pool was fully booked in the evening, we delayed our departure just to use it in the morning. We reserved it for 9:00, but when we arrived, it was still being cleaned by a robot.We went to the reception several times, and they said someone would come — but no one showed up until 9:30. That left us with very little time to use the pool before check-out. It was disappointing, especially since the pool was the main reason we booked the hotel.
