Disliked: The first room was for disability and all the Water from the shower was spreading on the floor. My wife fell down and they changed the room after 2 days and again on my last day! They need more cleaning services.

Disliked: We made a last-minute reservation and arrived late in the evening—around 23:30—with two adults and a toddler. The front desk receptionist was kind and gave us our key card. Understandably, we were exhausted by that time. However, when we got to our assigned room, the key card did not work. After trying several times, we began to worry that perhaps someone else was already in the room.While my husband went back down to reception, I stayed near the room. During that time, another family checking in approached the same room—since they had been assigned the same room number. Their key card worked, confirming that we had indeed been given the wrong room number. This was a bit awkward, especially given how late it was.Eventually, my husband returned with the correct key, and we were able to access our actual room. The room itself was quite nice and featured a separate bed on the balcony connected via a sliding glass door, which we found totally fine. However, one of the major issues we experienced was with the lighting in the morning. The windows facing the street had only light curtains, and there were no blackout curtains on the sliding door or the main window. As the sun rose early, the entire room became extremely bright, making it nearly impossible to sleep in. This was especially inconvenient with a toddler who needed rest.Additionally, the air conditioning was difficult to manage. There was no central control in the room, and despite the fact that it was an unusually hot week in Norway, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We noticed that the hallway was significantly cooler than our room. On the second day, the heat became hard to tolerate, so I approached the front desk. The receptionist was surprised to see that our room temperature was showing as 28°C on her system and mentioned it should have been addressed earlier.Overall, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff and the general layout of the room, these inconveniences made it difficult

Liked: This hotel is situated just a couple of minutes from the train station. The hotel staff is really friendly. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast was in a form of a buffet with lots to choose from. At night you can’t hear anything from the outside so it’s nice and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.
