Disliked: Ive been charged extra about 20 $ . For no reason whatsoever! While checking IN ive overheard how the staff over there had issues with charges and overcharges on customers !

Disliked: 100 security deposit is outrageous. Especially when most are only 50. And my room was hot the ac didnt travel more than 2 feet from source

Exceptional

Liked: Boutique motel with small pool grill by the pool and a laundry room.. all practical necessities. Well managed and quiet. Close to the beach and fast food off of Dixie Hwy and I 95 . 10 minutes from Downton west palm beach and from Boca Raton.

Disliked: room had a funky smell, tile was worn, shower handle was loose and either had no pressure or cold, charged my cc a day before arriving and another $100 upon arrival. they had a grill near pool but it was nasty. tiny room that they tried to remodel

Disliked: There was a used condom wrapper left from the previous tenant in the window sill. There are small bugs in the bathrooms.
